Successful people are those who are highly motivated. Most of them are not born with silver spoon in their mouth. They have struggled, just as we struggle, on their way to success. They have faced failures and disappointments just as we have faced.

Many important questions arise here:
Why majority of people fail and quit? Why most people do not achieve success? Why a very small minority number of people make it and climb the ladder to success? What made them apart from the majority? Do they possess any magic potion? What is their secret source of inspiration?
